FAQ

Tidak perlu. Express Drop-Off dapat dilakukan saat jam operasional Flagship Store dan Selling Studio.

Membutuhkan waktu kurang lebih 10 menit untuk proses pengecekan kondisi serta kelengkapan per produk.

Submission form yang telah disetujui, kartu identitas untuk tujuan verifikasi identitas dan administrasi internal.

Customer dapat langsung melakukan Express Drop-Off secara langsung, dengan kurir online atau perwakilan apabila sudah memiliki Submission Form. Namun, apabila customer belum memiliki Submission Form, customer dapat langsung datang ke lokasi Express Drop-Off atau melalui perwakilan dan tidak bisa melalui kurir online.

Express Drop-Off hanya melayani pengajuan dengan proses yang lebih cepat dan mudah. Hasil review hingga penawaran harga produk akan disampaikan melalui pesan WhatsApp, atau email setelah produk melalui proses review dan autentikasi.

Proses review dan autentikasi membutuhkan waktu minimal 1 hari kerja setelah drop-off produk.

Customer dapat mengajukan permintaan pengembalian produk 3 hari kerja sebelum tanggal pengambilan.
